Team Building Program
Today, more and more companies are searching for a way to encourage face to face communication within their establishement and increase business relationships. However, with the advent of various technology products all promising to increase productivitiy and efficiency, employees are continuously using telephones and emails to communicate. This in turn does not help the company as a whole in coming together to share ideas, meet or even bond with one another.
As a result, more and more companies are turning to various methods of promoting relationship building and one of the most effective ways is through teambuilding excercises outside of the office environment.
Karma Kooking offers a unique and fun team building experience for companies through cooking lessons. The classes promote team building, offer excellent hands on cooking classes and more importantly, help build relationships in a fun and relaxed setting.
THE FORMAT
We can cater for groups of a maximum of 20 people. Groups are divided into teams of two to three and each team prepares a number of individual dishes to compliment a comprehensive meal consisting of starters, main courses and desserts. All ingredients are measured out for participants.
Members of the teams undertake different activities while working towards a common goal - an excellent meal. The team's performance is continually monitored by two Karma team members and assistance and sharing of skills is given when needed.
Our goal is to provide a function that gives rise to a large amount of activity, a great deal of fun and laughter which culminates in an excellent sit-down meal served in the kitchen.

COST
The cost per course varies depending on the menu selected. The cost will include the following:

In order to enhance your cooking experience, we have available the following additions you can select from:
Bollywood Dancing
We have available, Bollywood dancers which will perform Indian dancing at your venue.
Cost: R1600.00
Bollywood Dancing Lessons
Let’s start dancing Indian Style. The Bollywood dancers will get you in the groove and teach you Indian dancing steps.
Cost: R100 per person
Henna Artist
Get a henna tattoo on your body by a professional henna artist. The tattoo takes 5 minutes to put on and it lasts up to 4 days.
Cost: R70 per person
DJ/Dancing
Make your event memorable, by cooking, eating, drinking and dancing the night away with an in-house DJ.
Cost: Between R2500.00 + depending on number of hours required.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a booking has been confirmed it cannot be changed. A R1000 cancellation fee will be charged. A function date may only be changed once then the cancellation fee will apply.
